Faucet Mounted Dispensers

EMA’s faucet proportioners attach to any standard faucet and dispense a chemical and water mixture when the water is turned on, and the proportioner is activated.

The 153 And 154 Faucet Proportioners dispense a chemical and water mixture into the sink by merely pushing a button. Chemical dilution is determined by using metering tips with the 153 or an adjustable metering screw with the 154. Both units include a built-in siphon breaker backflow protection.

The 167 Faucet Proportioner dispenses a chemical and water mixture into the sink by sliding a knob. Chemical dilution is determined by using metering tips or an adjustable metering screw.

SuperSink Single & Dual Dispensers

The sleek, rounded-edge, stainless steel dispenser functions like a ball valve dispenser but without the many common service-call related issues. Using our PVA water valve design, we have developed a low profile sink dispenser ready for the most demanding kitchen environments. Designed with DEMA FloRite^™technology, SuperSink provides dilution confidence in your detergents and sanitizers regardless of typical water pressure fluctuations. It’s loaded with features like quick access cover, plug-n-play water valve components, positive on/off activation, an integrated hose strain relief, and accepts common water inlet options: garden hose thread, compression, and John Guest fittings.

Aurora Premier On-Premise & Commercial Laundry System

Aurora Laundry Dispenser is the newest generation in Laundry dispensing technology from DEMA. Aurora is readily available with the DEMA Connect app, a forward-thinking programming and setup tool using Bluetooth technology for iPhone, iPad, Android devices, and PC integration. Use your smart device to write and store programs, get service reports, and access data from the Aurora Pro-Access interface module. The Pro-Access is the required module that controls up to 8 pump stands and locally stores programs, wash data, service notes, and reminders. The Pro-Access can be customized with formula names, has multi-language programming, and is password protected. Aurora blends smart device capable technology with the best features of DEMA’s legacy dispensers such as quick-change pumps and durable pump gear motors.

Aurora is available with the optional Chemical Measurement System (CMS) offers automatic pump calibration, proof of flow and delivery, which means accurate and consistent chemical dosing throughout the life of the squeeze tubes. The post flush process pushes chemical and then water through the CMS and into the laundry machine, this process will ensure that your Aurora CMS works properly no matter what chemical is used.

B Series Injectors

The “B” series injectors are equipped with an adjustment screw to adjust water flow for the specific application and can use metering tips to adjust the dilution of the product. B Series injectors have a Ryton metering knob and check valve core for high chemical resistance and operate in pressure as high as 700 PSI (48 Bar) with water at room temperature or 500 PSI (34 Bar) with water at 150 degrees F (66 degrees C). A stainless steel metering knob is available for high pressure (700-3000 PSI or 48-204 Bar).
