Mercury Sorbent Traps – EPA Method 30B
Simple, cost-effective method for RATA and LEE compliance testing
Features
- Large internal diameter specially packed for high flow allows a flow rate of up to 4 lpm without experiencing pressure drop or pluggage
- Higher flow rate places the operator in control of Hg mass loading and makes it easier to target spike levels
- Specially made with our “zero” background carbon which is imperative for Low Emitting EGU (LEE) testing
- Durable for field use
- Can be used in wet and dry stacks
- Custom spiked at any level
- Halogen impregnated carbon optimizes mercury capture
- Every trap, as well as its chain of custody, gets an individual barcode
Ohio Lumex – Model M324 – Sorbent Trap Mercury Analyzer
Designed specifically for the analysis of mercury sorbent traps, the M324 Sorbent Trap Analysis System is a one-of-a-kind instrument that has been a critical tool for EPA Method 30B, Performance Specification 12B (formerly Appendix K), and Method 7473. In addition to sorbent trap analysis, this system can be used to determine mercury concentrations in liquids and solids.
- Lumex RA-915M
- Mercury Vapor Analyzer
Lumex instruments use an atomic absobtion spectrometer combined with zeeman background correction to provide the lowest possible detection limits of mercury vapor in a portable instrument. Trace amounts of mercury vapor are detectable down to 0.5 ng/m3. This rental analyzer also provides real time concentration readings and does not require sensor regeneration. The RA-915M is Lumex’s most recent portable detector featuring a USB interface and long life lithium ion rechargeable battery. All of our Lumex rental instruments include datalogging and are ready to use out of the box.
