AIR SAMPLER MAS-100 NT®

The MAS-100 NT is the world’s best-selling air sampler and the premium version of our portable MAS-100 instruments. It is used for microbial monitoring of the air. Equipped with a high-precision mass flow sensor, it stands for maximum safety and is therefore mainly used in sensitive areas and clean rooms.

The MAS-100 NT Ex is the explosion-proof version of the world’s best-selling air sampler and the premium version of our portable MAS-100 instruments. It is used for microbiological monitoring of the air in rooms with an increased risk of explosion, for example by solvents or gases. Equipped with a high-precision mass flow sensor, it stands for maximum safety and is therefore mainly used in sensitive areas and clean rooms.

MICROBIAL AIR SAMPLER MAS-100 ISO MH®

HIGHEST COLLECTION EFFICIENCY AND SAFETY IN ISOLATORS AND RABS WITH UP TO FOUR SAMPLING POINTS

The microbial air sampler MAS-100 Iso MH is used for microbial monitoring of air in isolators and RABS. It can be configured with 1 – 4 sampling heads. The sampling heads with the nutrient plates are located in the containment, while the control unit with electronics and all moving parts is located outside the enclosure and aspirates the air through a pipe/tube system. The system is designed for maximum protection of the product and the environment and can be controlled fully automatically via various data interfaces.

The MAS-100 VF offers the same collection efficiency as the premium MAS 100 NT version and impresses with its compactness and the possibility of instrument configuration via a web browser.

The MAS-100 Eco is the basic version of our portable MAS-100 air samplers. It is used for microbiological monitoring of the air in the hygienic production of food and cosmetics, as well as in the maintenance of ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC). The MAS-100 Eco is the lightest model and impresses with its handiness.

PSD-10 PETRI DISH DISPENSER

SAFE HANDLING OF CULTURE MEDIUM PLATES

The handling of Petri dishes and knock-off plates is not a challenge for trained personnel and is part of the daily routine. However, the plates often have to be transported to the sampling site and from there to the incubator. The PSD-10 container has been specially developed for the storage and transport of the trays or knock-off plates (using a special adapter). By preventing the shell lids from falling off, it protects the environment from dangerous germs and at the same time protects the culture medium plates from secondary contamination. During incubation, the Petri dishes remain in the PSD-10 container. This additionally increases safety when manipulating the shells in the incubator.
