Product Description and Use
ChemSee distributes the API Food Poison Detection Kit for detecting dangerous levels of more than thirty poisons. The detected poisons include compounds containing cyanides, azides, chromates and sulfides (Group I Poisons), thallium, lead, cadmium and mercury (Group II Poisons) and ALL arsenic-containing compounds (Group III Poisons). 1 to 7 grams of sample are required, depending on the food tested.

DETECTORS FOR HEAVY METAL
Overview
Concerned over exposure to heavy metals from well water or old pipes? Worried that your illness may be caused by excess heavy metals?
ChemSee now offers detectors which can be used to test the water, foods, liquids and many other types of samples for the presence of heavy metals.
Use Instructions
Prepare the Sample:
- Chop solid foods up into small pieces and mix with an equal portion of water. If the remaining mixture is very thick, add an additional equal portion of water. Mix well for 3 minutes.
- Liquid samples are used as-is.
Test the Prepared Sample:
- Remove the Sealed Vial and Test Paper (small paper square) from it’s outer packaging.
- Carefully open the Glass Vial, making sure that none of the liquid inside is spilled.
- Place the test paper inside the tube and tightly seal the lid.
- Shake the tube for 5 seconds and allow the liquid to settle.
- Carefully open the Glass Vial, making sure that none of the liquid inside is spilled.
- Add the sample liquid up to the line marked on the glass vial.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds then allow liquid to separate for an additional 60 seconds.
- Compare any color formed to the opposite side of this card to identify any heavy metals.

The AJ-LOW-01 Arsenic Detector is also able to detect trace amounts of Arsenic in foods which may naturally contain Arsenic such as Rice, Fish, Grains, Soy, Apple/Orange Juice, Wine and Beer (using the AJ-LOW-WN).
